Little Scrapbook Shop and some challenges

Hi, i have a few challenge shares for you, nothing like leaving it to the last minute. But first i have this layout i have done from my dt kit from The little scrapbooking shop. I have used a cuute lttle ballet charm and used it to make a flower.........

I have layered up some fabric, sewn the charm on and added a little gesso to make it blend in with the page, easy as and very effective.

Scrap Your Story #8

This weeks challenge at Scrap Your Story is stitching.....I loved machine stitching on my layouts, but dont have a running machine at the moment, i do miss it. I also love hand stitching on my layouts, but for this challenge i popped a stiched pocket on my layout...

Little Scrapbook Shop and some challenges

Hi, just thought i would pop on and share with you my latest design team layout for The Little Scrapbook Shop. In this layout from their shop i have used some washi tape and fabric tape. The fabric tape i loved sooo much as it was so easy to ruffle and scrunch up giving instant texture. I have also used a postcard on here which i am loving in the layering process, and these gorgeous sunflowers (my fav)!! I have layered up a doiley and pin to make my own embellishment. The choices are endless in the store. This month they have 20% off trinkets.

Scrap Your Story #7

Oh my goodness. I have nearly forgotten to share this layout. This weeks challenge at Scrap Your Story was a sketch challenge. I had forgotten to share with you, sorry. Last week was pretty hectic. Firstly i got sick with the flu, then had 2 funerals and my son went down to the MCG to play with his Auskick group at half time, and we only had a couple of weeks notice for. So it completly slipped my mind to share this. You have today till still complete the sketch, so if you are looking for something to do today head on over to complete.

Anyway a layout of my dad, i dont get too many photos of him to scrap, hes not a camera lover (lol)....

I have some more things to share with you later, some more of my design team creations from The Little Scrapbook Store.
